Bajeko Sekuwa Nepalese & Indian Cuisine

I've been to Bajeko Sekuwa multiple times now and it never disappoints. My husband and I are big fans of their Khaja set. The portion is generous and it goes well with their mutton bone soup. I also try to get the Bhutan whenever it's available. Another favorite of ours is the naan. Overall, the food is consistently good and the service is friendly.

A nepali taxi driver introduced us to this place. Apparently, it is a popular chain in Nepal that has arrived in America. Their food is very authentic and delicious, the service is fast, and our waiter was very attentive and helpful. We ordered the chicken jhol momos, goat sekuwa, and mustangee aalu. The momos were great, the goat meat was nice and crispy on the outside and tender, but our favorite was definitely the mustangee aalu. The potatoes had a bit of crunch on the outside, and the sauce they were in was delicious.

Recommend by a Lyft driver from Nepal, so we had to try it. Best Mo Mos I've had. I love that one side of the menu is Nepalese and the other Indian. We ordered from both sides/regions and everything was delicious. Serving sizes were large. We will be back.

I had a great experience there. Food was very different and very good. The Mustangee Alu was beyond my expectations. The mutton sekuwa was amazing. Everything was great. Highly recommend it. Not just a restaurant and typical Indian/Nepali food. Great behavior and super kind to bring out of the menu food as well.

I had high hopes for Bajeko Sekuwa in Colorado, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food lacked the authentic flavors I was expecting, and overall, the taste was far from enjoyable. The spices felt unbalanced, and the dishes seemed either overcooked or just poorly prepared. It honestly felt like the essence of traditional Nepali cuisine was completely lost. Given the reputation of Bajeko Sekuwa elsewhere, I believe they can do much better. There’s definitely potential, but it needs serious improvement in quality, taste, and attention to detail.
