Absolutely delicious! This food truck has some of the best birria I’ve ever had. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were crispy on the outside, cheesy inside, and the consommé was rich and full of flavor — perfect for dipping. You can tell everything is made with care. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is fast and friendly. Even with a line, the wait was totally worth it. If you love birria, or you’re just looking for amazing tacos, you have to try this place! Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back. 🌮🔥

I stopped by this food truck after hearing great things about their birria, and wow — it absolutely lived up to the hype! The meat was perfectly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell it’s been slow-cooked for hours. The consommé was rich and full-bodied, perfect for dipping those crispy tacos — honestly, it’s the kind of broth you want to drink straight from the cup

Hands down some of the best birria tacos I’ve had! Everything was delicious, and the service came with a genuine smile. I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area or working nearby.

Terribly unimpressed for the price. I think I paid about $15.00 for plain, underwhelming torta. Just bread, gristley carne asada, and a squirt of runny guacamole sauce. There’s better places for less. The bread roll was the best part of the torta.
