If you’re in Evergreen and craving incredible seafood, Bait Shack is an absolute must. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming — the kind of place where strangers feel like locals. You can tell it’s a true community spot. The food? Five stars, hands down. Honestly, it rivals East Coast seafood. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. And the hush puppies… to die for. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — I’m still thinking about them! Boomer (the owner) and Krystal went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’ll absolutely be back. Evergreen is lucky to have this gem!

Do not go here! We had multiple things wrong with our service. 1. I ordered a medium hamburger and it came out raw. 2. The bartender didn’t write down our order and had to come back and verify it; and still forgot two items. 3. We were never checked on after our food was dropped off. 4. THE BARTENDER WAS DRINKING ON THE JOB. 5. Everything fried was over done. 6. She took off the burger and our drinks from the check but it was a horrible experience. You can tell the locals treat it as their watering hole and they ignore strangers. Will not be returning. And they are passive aggressive :)

My friend and i stopped in for a bite and a drink. Crystal (with a C) was absolutely fantastic!!! She was so welcoming, absolutely hilarious and truly made our experience 10/10. Highly recommend if you want a good conversation and laughs, good drinks and food.

This place is the one we go to for the best fish sandwich in the Denver evergreen area! With a very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful people waiting on us! This is a great experience! They have the crab cakes or the tacos that are fully loaded!

This little gem of a pub punches so far above its cozy-sized weight. Excellent food (try the catfish bites!). Exceptional service (tip your bar tender). Friendly atmosphere (feels like a home away from home).
