There’s something about Baires Grill that just sets the tone for a really good night. The ambiance is warm and intimate with a subtle, sexy edge — elevated but never pretentious. It feels intentional. Like the kind of place where you can lean in a little closer over a glass of wine and actually enjoy the moment. The grilled octopus completely stole the spotlight. Perfectly charred, tender, and packed with flavor — easily the standout dish of the night. The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh and crisp, with delicate pieces of mango that added just the right touch of sweetness. Balanced, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. We visited Baires Grill in Doral for our Christmas lunch with our broker and business partners and truly enjoyed the experience. The ambiance is beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating that feels perfect for a festive gathering. The food was excellent. The churrasco was delicious and perfectly paired with sweet potato and squash, one of the best side combinations I’ve had. Others at our table enjoyed wraps with French fries and steak salads, everything was fresh and delicious. The desserts were outstanding. The only area that could improve is the service. While the food and atmosphere were great, a warmer and more attentive approach from the servers would elevate the experience even more. Overall, the food was so good that it made up for it, and I may return.

Baires Grill is an excellent Argentine-style steakhouse with outstanding food, atmosphere, and service. The quality of the steaks is top-notch—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and true to authentic Argentine cuisine. The ambiance is warm and inviting, great for both business dinners and casual nights out. Service is attentive and professional, making the experience even better from start to finish. Their happy hour is one of the best in Doral, with great drink options and bites at very good prices. Overall, a fantastic place I highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, a lively atmosphere, and consistently excellent service. Erick was great !

First time and look forward to coming back. The restaurant looks really nice and happening. Great menu with lots of items to choose from. The service was good and the staff was very attentive. My favorite part of my meal is dessert time. This place did not disappoint. We had the Pavlova, the molten lava cake, and an ice cream with espresso pour on top of it. Can’t remember the name but really good. After that, I didn’t have to get my espresso. I didn’t realize how many Baire’s Grill Restaurants that are in South Florida.

Overall, the restaurant is good. 1. The food was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. 2. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the music is too loud—you have to raise your voice to talk to the person sitting across from you. 3. The service was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary.
