I've been going here since 2016! Consistently a very solid establishment. Quick friendly service, and good bagels! I have honestly never seen so many petty and dramatic low reviews for a store before, reading some of them genuinely gave me a headache. This is a respectable small business that has stood the test of time and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Friendly patient staff, tasty food, and convenient if you are catching the LIRR next door. They prep your coffee as well.

My order is messed up every other time and I take the train monthly. They always forget something because they don’t WRITE anything down. Just write the orders down and you won’t mess it up and the bagels are eh. I was a server for 8 years in a restaurant, breakfast orders are not hard. These are not good Long Island bagels they’re just in a prime location. The only reason I go in there is because it’s close to the train when I’m rushing. They’ve also given me an attitude when I catch their mistakes before leaving. Half the time I’m on the train and can’t say anything.

Well I think we found our new bagel store. We ordered from here today and the bagels were delicious. The deli ice tea was really good as well. I just read about the story of the owner. So sad. The sister, who took over, deserves lots of business. Please come support her.

I've given them a few tries but they don't listen well. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with a just a little bit of butter, almost a dry bagel. This is what I was served. They heard the opposite. There was so much butter it leaked through the wrapper, the bag and onto the seat of the train. I'm so glad the bag wasn't in my lap otherwise my pants would have be greasy.
