gluten free bagel. It’s not good at all. Falls apart more than any other gluten free product i’ve ever had

Just disgusting To give someone a teaspoon of egg salad and literally charge me for it when they give free samples out to taste! People there have a bad attitude and were not reasonable or considerate!!!! have a heart in your guest that walk in, there is a better bagel place literally 2 mins away!!! plus your bagels taste like pretzels !!!! yuck too bad i will never return to see a better change !!!! lost a good customer! for a teaspoon of egg salad !

This place is consistently great. It runs great and has very nice people working there. The cookies are also great.

They managed to both burn and undercook French toast. The outside was burnt and the inside was raw, it was inedible because the eggs were still raw. They also use the heel or end of the bread for the French toast. That’s the worst slice of bread. They also screwed up an omelette and wanted me to take the food they made wrong. I asked them to make the omelette properly, but they screwed that up again, it was completely brown on the outside. A good omelette should not be crusty and brown. It should be soft and yellow, should have no brown on the outside. I wouldn’t even give this food to a dog. Going out to eat should be a fun and pleasant experience, this was neither. It was an aggravating ordeal.

I am always in the mood for a bagel, but am fearful of new bagel stores, because a lot of them do not offer what I call a bagel. This place does. A real old-time establishment, with seating, bathrooms, and really excellent bagels and coffee. At least a half dozen employees behind the counter, all of whom were very helpful and personable. Separate room with tables & chairs & two bathrooms. Food and coffee were really delicious. Huge free parking area right around the corner. I look forward to returning.
