Bagel Factory & Deli

I have been here multiple times and each time the bagels have minimal seeds and lose most of any that were on them. I tried one last time and my poppyseed bagel was essentially a plain bagel. I finally chose to point this out to the owner and her response was just that that’s how the seeds are and to look at the other side as if there were more seeds on the other side of the bagel, but it was completely bare. That’s not how the bagels are at other competing bagel shops, which I will go to only from now on. It was tasteless. I wouldn’t post this normally, as I wish to see places succeed, but the owner didn’t seem to care to fix the issue or offer me another option and that’s problematic when your item is poorly made and you as the owner don’t seem to care.

Bagel’s Factory never misses. Fresh, bagels, generous portions, and flavors that make you stop mid-bite like, “Yup… this is the one.” Breakfast sandwiches are stacked like they care about your happiness, coffee hits the spot, and everything tastes homemade—not rushed. Consistently awesome food, fast service, and that neighborhood vibe that keeps you coming back.

This was my first time visiting the Bagel Factory & Deli, and it did not disappoint! The menu had a good variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as some bakery options. We got breakfast sandwiches on french toast bagels, coffee cake, and a chocolate chip muffin. Everything was very tasty. It’s a great local business that I was happy to support!

The best hand made bagels in town... You should try the coffee... It's better then Dunkin donuts. I highly recommend this place because the atmosphere here is very inviting and the booths are comfortable... You can watch the fish move here... They even have funco pop figures for sale which is awesome because I'm a collector

Great variety of delicious bagels with some of the best flavored cream cheeses in the area. It's also a nice change to not have a place be sold out of bagels at 10:00 in the morning and not making any more for the day unlike some other well-known local spots.
