Health Station

I was craving healthy food and a friend told me about Health Station. It’s delicious. I ordered the Pure Defense smoothie and the Mediterranean Chickepa Rice Bowl. I also purchased protein energy balls. The staff was extremely friendly and made suggestions on what to add to the bowl and they employed someone with disabilities as well. 10/10 I will be back! I can’t even taste the Açai beacause of all the granola in the bowl. Thought it was supposed to be a topping not the base!! Also the “nutella” is chocolate syrup. Definitely not worth the price.

I highly recommend trying out these meals - it has truly been a game changer for me! Not only are the meals incredibly tasty, but they also come with a nutrition chart on each container which makes it easy to keep track of what you're eating. The best part is that even my teenage boys love them, which is a huge relief for me as I no longer have to worry about cooking for them separately. It has saved me so much time that I used to spend on cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning the kitchen. I can now enjoy delicious, nutritious meals without the hassle and stress of meal preparation. Give it a try - you won't regret it!

This is my new favorite spot for healthy food near me! First of all, the entire place is immaculately clean, and the owner makes sure to serve only the highest quality produce. You can really taste the difference too! My favorite items were the chicken burrito bowl and açaí bowl with passionfruit, but they have delicious salads and shakes as well. It’s bright and inviting, and the whole family that works there is very welcoming. I will be recommending this spot to my friends and family, and I look forward to coming back again!

My mom and I stopped in for lunch for the first time. We ordered the fit and fabulous smoothie, watermelon sour patch smoothing and two chicken burrito bowls to our specific tastes. The smoothies are refreshing not overly sweet and tastes fresh. Both of our burrito bowls have fresh vibrant ingredients, and the house made Chipotle sauce is top notch. Anyone looking for a fresh, healthy bite to eat stop in ASAP!
