Bagel Chateau

Could use more light. Physical menus would be nice. As a 1st time visit, they move a little to fast. Could not see the menu. Just felt a little rushed but the food was really good.

I recently visited this beautiful Bagel cafe, and while the food was decent, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The cashier was rude both over the phone and in person, which made the entire experience unpleasant. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was early and she might have been tired, but her attitude remained dismissive and unprofessional. I had called ahead to order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and when I confirmed my order, she told me it was a “scrambled bacon bagel.” When I asked if it included cheese, she ignored me twice and abruptly told me my total. Because of her attitude and lack of courtesy, I wouldn’t return to this location despite the food being okay.

Bagels taste like they were from the frozen food section. 2 slices of Taylor ham & sandwich was $9.00!! Don’t waste your time.

I’ve gone many times but never enjoyed the customer service. I think the staff and even the owners, only please a certain demographic. I tried to brush it off and ignore how I’m treated there, but I dislike being served food by people that don’t respect me so I will not return.

So annoyed!! I ordered a bagel with olive cream cheese UNtoasted, which I stressed because the recipient only likes it that way. Bagel wrapped in foil was HOT to the touch-I told them I asked it not be toasted. Employee AND manager said it wasn’t toasted (I knew it wasn’t freshly baked since they were closing in 10 mins.). They said it’s hot because it’s fresh baked-well they lied-it was BLACK inside, so not only toasted, but burnt. Why not just make another one???
