Bad Daddy’s is an amazing restaurant. The food was great the portions are big and the service is excellent. They have a sports bar and family dining. Plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite shows or sports teams play. Our server was very nice and friendly. She was also knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to answer questions about the menu with ease. The restaurant was clean and very busy. It is definitely a hot spot in the Raleigh area. It’s located in an out door shopping mall and it has easy access for parking. All of the servers had a great attitude and did an excellent job serving their customers. The food was amazing too. My best friend and her daughter walked in on Saturday. There was really no welcome, it was "how many". Followed with "there's a wait right now", no estimated time. She didn't listen and my friend had to give her the phone number about three times. We were made to stand the entire time. The hostesses need training in customer service, in greeting, and how to be engaged rather than worrying about your own personal conversation or their damn personal cell phones while you are on the clock in a place of business supposedly supposed to be serving customers. Very disappointing experience at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar on March 7. We requested a table at 7:40 PM for a party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). The hostess told us the wait would be 20–25 minutes and took my phone number. That seemed reasonable, so we decided to wait. By 8:20 PM, after already waiting 40 minutes, I went inside to check. The hostess said the manager asked us to wait another 5 minutes because they were having a server issue. At 8:30 PM, after nearly 50 minutes of waiting with six kids, I checked again. This time the manager came out and said it would take another 20 minutes and he wasn’t even sure if we would be seated. When I pointed out that we had already been told 20–25 minutes at 7:40 PM, the response from the manager was essentially “that’s how it’s going to be.” The

We love this place. The turkey burgers are great and the pretzels with the dips are Oh So good!! The customer service was amazing and love the atmosphere. Everything was amazing and I highly recommend this place.

Food was great and server was very attentive. Was more like a restaurant that also had a bar and felt more family friendly than other burger bar places. Great find for a young family with 2 kids and 2 adults that don’t drink but still enjoy good burgers. Booths could use a little extra cleaning.
