Bacon Egg and Cheese

I lived in New York for about 20 years . I have not found a spot that makes sausage egg and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese like this one right here I was hypeee when I first spilt it open and took a bite, amazing

I didn't even get through my entire sandwich before deciding to write a review. This place is freaking amazing. I got the Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese (New York style) with an iced cafe con leche. I don't know when this place set up shop here, but I'm definitely coming back. They have a pretty diverse sandwich menu as well. If the rest of their food is as good as this sandwich, I'm about to get some diabeetus in my life.

No NYC inspired breakfast is complete without coffee served in the iconic blue-and-white "Its Our Pleasure to Serve You" cups. The coffee is bold and strong—perfect for jumpstarting your morning. The classic breakfast sandwiches are served on a fresh roll, with crispy bacon or savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese. The balance of textures and flavors is spot-on. The Chopped Cheese is perfectly seasoned and juicy chopped beef patty, melted American cheese, and grilled onions on a hero roll, just like you’d get in a Harlem/ bodega. It’s greasy in all the right ways and bursting with flavor.

Jersey people here, considering how horrible food is around here… this is a solid spot. Food was hot fresh and correct to modifications. Rolls were fresh and food was great. I wish they also sold sandwiches, and had cream cheeses for bagels. Food is definitely pricey but again, solid for the price. We’ll be back!

By far the closest to a real NY egg and cheese on a hard roll that I have found in Florida. Those who know, know that it’s the water that the rolls are made with that makes the difference. The water in the NY area is just better than other areas, and the rolls taste better and have a different texture. Maybe this place imports them… lol. I will definitely be back for more.
