Back Home Restaurant and Bar

Much smaller than I envisioned it being, and don't let any "first impressions" throw you off at all. We had a number of different meals around our table and they were all "excellent". The margaritas were also outstanding, and at BOGO pricing (which I was unaware of until the check came), how can you go wrong? 😊 Will definitely be back should the opportunity arise (as we were out of state visitors). Unless the trumpet sounds first of course (Revelation 22:20). 😉🎺😉

Wow… all I can say is this place is special. Delicious food that makes you want to come back time and time again. The reviews don’t lie. Lamb Shank was fall off the bone delicious. I hear the Ribs are the same way. Recipes come from grandmas kitchen… so be prepared to enjoy. The owner is wonderful. If you’re in the area support this local restaurant.. you will not be sorry. Comfort food that will make you want to go Back Home all the time!

I had "Back Home" saved in my Google Places to Try list for quite some time, and yesterday I finally had the chance to go! The restaurant had a warm, family-owned atmosphere. My waitress, Brook, was very friendly and helpful. I was torn between the hamburger and the pork chops, but she recommended the hamburger, saying that everyone raves about it. I'm glad I took her advice—it was delicious! It came with fries that were hot and crispy, just the way I like them!

What a great dinner tonight at Back Home. A local gem with a family atmosphere and a personal touch. All the food is freshly made to order. We had the fresh guacamole and warm chips, shrimp fajitas, tacos al pastor, and warm crispy churros with Dulce de Leche. And best of all, the margaritas are BOGO during a long happy hour. If you value great food in an intimate eclectic atmosphere, give Back Home a try. You won’t regret it.

I absolutely loved eating here. The food was fantastic! I got the pulled pork sandwich, and my friend got the soup and salad lunch special. Pork sandwich was delicious and my friend said the soup was the best he's had in a long time. The desert "Ray of sunshine" was the most delicious dessert! Loved talking to the owner; service was impeccable, and the restaurant was clean. It's clear there has been a lot of love put into every aspect of this restaurant. Will be coming back!
