This place was recommended to my niece and she really wanted to try it. We really enjoyed the food and the smoothies. The staff was so friendly and it’s a nice quiet, calmer environment. The food is also clean. I had to add it to my list of restaurants to cater from for my job. The staff I know will enjoy it.

Finally, a place near me that serves very healthy. Delicious food. The staff is extremely polite and pleasant. The place was very very clean. I love all the healthy options that they have. I ordered the grill chicken for protein and then the next day I have the spicy chicken for protein. I’m going to make this place a weekly habit because this will not only improve my diet, but my health as well.

Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The place is very clean and had great customer service. The PB to the J smoothie was amazing. My husband got a make your own grain bowl with grass fed steak and I got the classic caesar bowl. The ingredients tasted very fresh and clean! We will be back!
