It’s been years since I’ve tasted gelato this delicious! I arrived around 10:15pm on a Thursday and was shocked to see so many people waiting in line. The employee behind the counter shared that all their items are made with ingredients shipped in from Italy in order to produce consistent, high-quality gelato. It’s a cool tidbit of information, but seeing as we’re in California where there are many dairy farms around, I don’t think it’s really necessary to achieve the quality they’re looking to maintain. Regardless, every flavor I tried was incredible and did not have an artificial taste that sometimes comes with vivid colors or crazy flavors. We always choose Bacio di Latte whenever we’re craving great gelato. This chain never disappoints — the taste is always perfectly balanced, creamy, and rich without being overly sweet. One of the things we love most is the huge variety of flavors. It’s always hard to choose because everything looks amazing. The gelato tastes very natural and fresh, and you can really feel the quality of the ingredients. Every visit here turns into a small dessert ritual for us. If you love authentic Italian-style gelato, this place is definitely worth a stop!

A great ice cream to come and visit if you haven't been yet. I went to the Woodland Hills location already so I knew what flavors they had. This location is street parking but there a plaza across the street you can park at. The customer service here is amazing and they'll give you a decent size of scoop. I got the crema and biscotti flavor which is the cookie and cream in a waffle cone dipped in Nutella. It was delicious and I would highly recommend it.

I love coming here! This is my favorite gelato place to go to in the city, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I love the staff here so much, whenever I go they always put a smile on my face, especially Will and Holanda. They always know what I want and make every gelato order taste even sweeter! ❤️
