I own ProHart, a local dealer in Boston and I just used B&G for the first time for a few pieces that I couldn't get. Flawless experience. Rick was very responsive, helped me get the order in FAST and even delivered it directly to customer. Will be using them more frequently. Hands down recommend!!!

This place is scam. I want to buy refrigerator. I got 2 quote same day. One is normal price and an other one double. Both are in stock. I try to buy cheaper one but salesperson call to his boss ( Bob) . His boss said We can’t delivery today but if you want another one which one is double price we can deliver by today. I don’t understand why I pay double to got delivery today. So I decide to leave this place and buy research online and I got the same day delivery from restaurant Equipment Paradise Hartford CT. I don’t recommend this place.
