Açaí com Tapioca | Boca Raton

went there yesterday night, first thing when i walk in is a guy in the cashier with a dirty look, not even a hi welcome (which should be a basic training for customer service) not even mentioning that i am not from the area and decided to drive to boca just to satisfy my craving. The acai was really bad it melted as soon as i walked out of that door, fruits were not fresh and the consistency of the bowl itself sucked. Employees should be trained better. Not skipping the part where I paid 18 dollars for a small amount. Definitely not coming back to this location or any other location under this name. I shall stick to my local acai place Ernies acai.

I go to the Deerfield location which in my opinion is 100 times better. Service here was poor the açãi is soft and melts real fast. We ordered a pastel that never came we asked about it 20 mins later and they had forgot to make it. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant I get it if you’re busy but that wasn’t the case. Very disappointed with this location.

The açaí is good, the cuscuz is delicious, but the esfirras win my heart— my favorite! The service is excellent too. Highly recommend! 🤩

Recently moved to the area and this place is definitely a MUST if you like açaí!!! They have a whole açaí station where you can build it yourself and has lots of options to choose from, including different açaí flavors! Their staff were really nice and friendly while explaining how everything worked :)

I ordered a smoothie, and in fact they brought me mango juice diluted with water. I don't recommend it to anyone. Wasting $9 is not worth it. Addition to your answer This confusion in the order was your fault. I clearly said that I needed a smoothie. The seller asked again, and I confirmed that I needed a smoothie. Even if it was juice, it didn't taste good.
