Hidden gem in big bear lake! Azteca Grill hits on all cylinders, food, service and omg those cocktails! We drove up from LA this past week and went here 2 days in a row. Their selection of cocktails rivals any LA bar. The food was phenomenal, freshest guacamole and the best tamale and egg breakfast ever! Their whole team is the best, impeccable service. Always ensuring you have what you need. You have to try Azteca Grill. Have fun reading all the choices of cocktails posted around the restaurant. This will be our go to every time we go to big bear!

Popped in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon after a day at Boulder Bay. It was a pretty hot day, so of course I started with a nice cold skinny margarita and while it was made nice and skinny, it wasn’t potent at all. The salsa they served were very tasty but it would’ve been nice if the chips were warm. I had the shrimp cocktail and it was a very nice large portion and they give you quite a lot of shrimp! Love all the crunch and textures inside like the cucumber and onions. The base sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, but otherwise it was pretty darn delectable. Nice comfortable seating indoors and a nice covered cozy patio outdoors. Eduardo served me and while he was very friendly and brought everything I ordered out very quickly. Loved this restaurant. Great food, good pricing and top notch service. Special shout out to Mari who was attentive, good spirited and made us THE BEST skinny spicy jalapeño margaritas. We came two nights in a row for dinner, so that says it all.

Great spot with big burritos and Margaritas! Been here a few times. Would recommend.

so glad i came. they have indoor and outdoor seating and they gave me a choice. i was constantly being checked on and i love the humor the staff has. i went during the evening so they had live music. it wasn't crowded considering it was dinner time. the food was great but i gotta say my favorite part was the drink i ordered, i definitely recommend the mangoneada. i ordered the california burrito, which is as big as my face. it comes enchilada style unless you say otherwise.
