Great food and a very reasonable price. Especially in the 55 and over menu. Great service. Every employee had a smile and very attentive. The banana split was yummy. So was the salmon and red mashed potatoes... Mmmmmm. Very home cooking type of selections. Tasty not overly spicy. I would recommend it highly... Yummy. Estava sabroso... Very family oriented.. I'm sure the kids will love it too!!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND DELICIOUS AND JANET LITERALLY WAS THE BEST WAITRESS IVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! She literally makes you feel like Dolly Parton is inviting you into her own home and is eating with you shes so amazing and gives amazing recommendations. The cheeseburger nachoes were EXQUISITE OH MY GOD BETTER THAN IN N OUT ANIMAL FRIES X10. The turkey club was so fresh and yummy and perfectly toasted and i stole a bite of my boyfriends chicken fried steak and it was seasoned so well, the potatoes melt in your mouth, and the mac n cheese was nice and gooey. Also the root beer floats were FIREEEEEEEE and Janet kept bringing us refills before we even asked love her lots!!! Will be a staple restaurant whenever we are in big bear!

I’ve been to Benny’s Family Restaurant twice once for breakfast and once in the evening for coffee to-go. The breakfast was classic and satisfying, and the service both times was great. Janet, who was working in the evening, was especially friendly and welcoming :) It does get really busy during breakfast and lunch hours, and parking can be tricky, but that just shows how popular this place is. A warm, local spot with great service and good comfort food.

Delicious food, we all got different plates and the portions were big enough. All food looked fresh and homemade like, different from a chain restaurant for sure. Our server was friendly and very attentive to our table needs. Would certainly return maybe for breakfast. The only thing we would suggest are cleaner restrooms.

Stopped by for a late night meal with my family and the food was delicious! Service was great. Our waitress was Constance and the hostess up front I didn’t get her name but she was super sweet too. Highly recommend!
