Awesome Sauce Caribbean Flavors

Now I see why people say “Stick To What U Know”. This was my first time having there Oxtails, even when they was located in the restaurant I still never tried it until now, only because the spot I usually go to was sold out. I went to their food truck today to try there Oxtails and that was the biggest mistake I ever made! I have never in my life had Oxtails with rice and peas so damn spicy! It was so spicy I had to throw my food away! Like WHY??? The only thing on their menu worth buying is their macaroni n cheese! Now that’s AMAZING! That is the only thing I will ever get from here again!

I love love love the pasta! The best pasta in the world! Y’all don’t hear me THE BEST PASTA IN THE WORLD‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I love their customer service the owner stay is a sweet heart she always a greet you so nice and the service is the best! They have oxtail patty that is good too! Every Fridays is seafood Friday and they have stiff shrimp and lobster I love that with the rice and peas and Rasta pasta. Very good eats the best in the world!

It is NOT closed (Jan 2025), it is now operating from the Awesome Sauce Food Truck just a couple of paces away from the old location. (If you’d been following their Instagram page, you’d have known that 😊) Go half a block, then take a left and you’ll spot the black food truck on Seeley Street (just off State Street, between State St and Fairfield Avenue) Food is as delicious as ever, Seafood Fridays as top tier as ever! They take cash or tap, but … cash is Always king, if you ask me 😉

Wherever I eat, if it’s good I let them know. But, when it is bad I do the same🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️….the “awesome sauce” on the burnt, dried up jerk chicken was bbq sauce 🤮 Service was good. The price included taxes I guess. $15 for a medium. Prices are not posted🤔 Payment methods: cash or cashapp

Ever since they moved into the food truck the food has been horrible. Rasta pasta so greasy and oily and taste like it was made yesterday
