Avocado's Bar &Grill

My wife and I came in yesterday night and I wish I had got the man's name that waited on us he was awesome such a great guy and even made a new margarita flavor after my wife and I telling him to mix the lime and cucumber flavors. The food was absolutely delicious as well and I will be returning again ASAP!

AMAZING! We saw the lively parking lot and decided to try dinner here. They have a full bar, so no fake margaritas here! The tacos are great, chicken salad is very fresh, and the churros are also tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The location is convenient. The restaurant overall is very clean and I can tell someone with a good eye for style designed the displays (vases, flowers, etc.)

The meal did not meet my expectations, the service was a little slow and the atmosphere was quiet, not what I expected. I won't be back to this location because, I don't live here but if I was in town I still wouldn't go here... there are many better choices. I do see a lot of potential here and some awesome recipes. I do wish the owners good fortune on realizing the potential of this place.

This is the best in Mississippi. Once again, this is the Best in the Delta. I ordered Chicken Enchiladas, it was the best, with grilled chicken, avocado, sour cream, chopped lettice and tomatoes, on top of the cheese enchiladas with a sauce. The best I ever had. Their servings match the price. Their service is great. My family and I were very pleased.

I think this is a fairly new restaurant. I had heard good things so decided to check it out while I was in the area. The service was great but I just wasn’t wow’d by the food. It was average which is okay. My table shared the chicken Florentine quesadilla. It was different and very flavorful. For my entrée, I had the carnitas chimichanga. The carnitas was flavorless. I’ve had carnitas at many restaurants, so I didn’t think it was possible for carnitas to not taste good lol. Also, the chimichanga could have been fried harder. My margarita was a let down. I was expecting more of a punch out of it. Apparently, the margaritas on the rocks are pre-made and simply poured into the glass upon request. I’ve never been anywhere that provided a pre-made margarita on the rocks…that’s so weird to me.
