Avenue Kitchen & Cocktail

Hubby and I had our first date night of the year at Avenue Kitchen & Cocktails Saturday around 7pm and whew… what a start. Valet was quick and affordable, we were seated fast, and the space is super cute with an upstairs area for private groups. There was a DJ (Fridays have live music), and the volume was perfect for actually talking. Then a belly-dancing fire show popped off and we were like… okay dinner AND entertainment?! 🔥💃🏽 Drinks were amazing, my margarita came with a whole flame moment. Very main character energy. 🍹 Now the food… BABY. As a picky eater, I usually pick through my plate. Not here. Shrimp and ribeye sliders? Gone. Steak and seabass? Incredible. And the matcha cheesecake? I hate cheesecake AND matcha and almost licked the plate. Growth. 😂 Ambiance ✔️ Music ✔️ Service ✔️

I remember when this was an event venue but it has been transformed into a beautiful breathtaking lounge. Stopped in for a Sunday Funday and truly enjoyed myself. I couldn't eat bc unfortunately everything is fried in the same grease and I can't chance it with food allergies but the people I was with enjoyed their food. The server was nice and professional. Great open space with nice lighting and good music. Parking was free which was a plus. Definitely wishing the establishment well because the renovations are amazing.

I came to Avenue specifically to review it! It did not disappoint! The pictures I’m adding don’t do it justice because the lighting is just something you have to see in real time. Let’s start with the Dj he was great! You can vibe but also still hear yourself think. The food was so good I had the seafood wontons 10/10 I was very pleased. It was crispy but not to hard it was perfect. I also had the steak and without even telling them the cook I wanted it came out perfect!! PERFECT! Now the service was so good I’ve already decided that I’ll be back next Sunday. Izgen is the perfect host she’s so sweet and kind and attentive without being overbearing. I came to this location on Valentine’s Day. I was impressed with the overall look and setup at this location. I asked for a special that they were offering this night. While eating my food I bit down on something extremely hard. So hard I thought my tooth chipped or something. I pulled everything out my mouth and noticed what appeared to be a very hard piece of plastic that came from the food like a hard piece that may have broken off of something. I brought it to my waiters attention and she offered to remake my food. She told me that I may not be able to get a refund for my meal since it was an apart of the package. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish was beautifully presented and had such authentic taste. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. Definitely one of the best Asian cuisine spots I’ve been to—highly recommend I’ll be coming back for sure! The cocktails were so yummy as well! Hookah is available after 10PM as well which also sets the vibe! Aesthetics are amazing!
