Auntie Anne's

I came in here as I normally do when I’m visiting the Tulare outlets(I also get chocolate covered apples next door) but there were no pretzels ready. Don’t get me wrong, I normally don’t mind waiting for a fresh pretzel bc they definitely taste better fresh out the oven but they gave me an extra greasy skinny skimpy bagel. Just pulling that first bite apart I can see the grease seep out of it. I was really disappointed bc I just wanted to enjoy my pretzel after being done browsing the shopping center.

The pretzels are superb! I love going to Auntie Annie's Pretzel shop! I love that they have coupons and deals on the app and makes it so convenient to be able to scan your receipts to earn rewards whenever you buy a pretzel and/or a drink! In the wintertime, if you haven't tried the Frozen Hot Chocolate drink, it is awesome! 🤩

I ordered the pepperoni pretzel with hot salsa cheese!! The other was the classic with salt!! I also had caramel for the dip. The beauty was they were both fresh out of the oven!! Delicious!!

Came here once a few years ago since I do not live in this area, but have had Auntie Anne's before and loved it so I decided to grab lunch at this location. I'm not sure if it is just me, but the pretzel tasted like metal. I couldn't finish it at all and threw it away after eating a third because I was hungry. Maybe it was a one time thing or an off day, but I really hope they had fixed the taste since then.

Service in this location was satisfactory! The gal at the register was quick and kind. We did have a small issue with a pretzel we received, it looked old and was so hard it sounded like a rock when hit against the counter. The gal apologized and quickly exchanged it for a fresh one without any further hassle.
