On January 4th 2026 around 6:30, I was going to order one of those large pretzel buckets to share between me and my boyfriend, until the blonde cashier with glasses started saying things like "a BUCKET? Are you sure? That’s 5 servings…” giving me nasty looks with wide eyes and showing the bucket to me with raised eyebrows as if we're not in a literal mall and everyone's getting unhealthy food anyway. Hurts a lot as someone who's freshly recovered from anorexia. I embarrassingly walked out and immediately started crying, I wish I had said something to her but even my boyfriend wasn't sure what the hell to say to her about that. I know maybe she didn’t mean anything by it & perhaps she just wanted to make sure I knew how big the bucket was, but she really didn’t have to say anything beyond a

I have eaten here before but last night the pretzels tasted different, they seemed to have changed the recipe or did not measure the baking soda , it felt like I was eating 90% baking soda, the entire night had bad stomach ache and towards the morning the trips to the bathroom started. Choose to eat somewhere else please, your health is more important than those pretzels

Don’t waste your money here get a snack somewhere else, staff actively ignores customers while failing to maintain health standards. Staff will go in the back with snacks, put on hats that fittingly say “shame”, touch cooking utensils while going on their phones and computers and they also choose not to wash their hands before continuing to work. 11/16/25 - 5:30p

I was about to buy my mini pretzel dogs but changed my mind after witnessing the cashier staff with nose piercing being rude to the soft spoken and respectful customers before me. The staff mistakenly repeat the order wrong and the customer said the correct order but the cashier started yelling for making her confused. She kept on yelling and making side comments. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. The other male staff behind her looked at her in disbelief.

I came with 3 kids but the cashier is don’t would accept cash 100$ bills. I have only 18$ in total small bills and 100$ bills. I am don’t have a wallet with me. She told me go somewhere change and after come back. When I asked show me the low or his company policy she answered we don’t have any proof of that but continue repeat that I need change money. I understand if she don’t have change. Absolutely disgusting place. I can’t recommend this place.
