Lucas was exceptional—professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He worked hard to make our visit pleasant, and he deserves recognition for his attitude and customer service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager on duty, Anna, whose behavior completely overshadowed the experience. We visited during the holidays to enjoy the lights and dine together, with family visiting from Canada. Because of this, we needed a table that could accommodate seven or eight people. There was an appropriate table available. Our server kindly said he would check to see if it could be assigned to us. I’d like to share my experience visiting this chain restaurant for a late dinner with my child. As always, the food was quite tasty and the portions were very large. I really love the pasta at this place. The breadsticks were especially great — fresh, just baked, and incredibly delicious. The unlimited soup was filling and a nice addition to our meal. The only downside was the French fries — they were dry and overcooked, and could have been much better. One thing that really bothered me was seeing an extra charge for some games on the final bill. It wasn’t a big amount, but no one told us in advance that there would be an additional charge for that. The food and atmosphere were amazing! 🍝✨ The fried shrimp 🍤 was crispy and flavorful with a perfect dipping sauce. The pasta dishes were generous and delicious — the creamy steak pasta was rich and satisfying, and the meat sauce fettuccine was hearty and full of flavor. Even the kids’ meal was a big hit, with pasta and fries that disappeared in no time. Everything came out hot and fresh, with big portions and friendly service that made the whole experience so enjoyable. Typical OG, always busy. Party of 9, not too much wait even though they were busy (appreciate that). First server was good and attentive and took drink orders, then 5pm shift change and 2nd server not so much. Why do servers try to deliver dinner without clearing soup and salad plates?? (There is no room on the table) 1st of 8 was put down and I clearly asked servers to clear the dirty plates, to which they ignored me and kept delivering food despite no room at the table. Mine was 5th and I said much louder, please remove the dirty plates before, to which they audibly "huffed" and did what I asked. Meal and service was average, typical OG.
