Auntie Anne's

I usually love auntie Anne's but the last 2xs I tried the cinnamon pretzel from here you werent greeted by anyone who seemed they wanted to even be there, let alone it looked dirty as soon as you walked in, and my pretzel tasted like it was sitting under the warmer for days. Was really disappointed, no one makes you stay at a job, you hate it that much leave, dont take it out on other people, im sure when ypu go out you expect your food and service to be nice. Hopefully it changes because the pretzels are usually delicious

I waited for over 20 minutes,I got the mini pretzel,the cashiers won’t to change it. waste money. The lid is dirty too. Disgusting service.No napkins,barcode scanner is out of service,no point earn.

You can smell Auntie Anne’s from a few stores away and it pulls you in every time. That warm buttery pretzel smell hits just right and makes you think you're about to get the best snack of your life. Unfortunately it smells better than it actually tastes. The pretzels at this location were just okay. They looked fresh but mine was a little hard and not as warm as I expected. I got the original and some pretzel nuggets and while they weren’t bad they didn’t live up to that amazing smell that fills the whole area. The cheese dip was decent but nothing to rave about. The staff was polite but seemed kind of rushed even though the line wasn’t that long. It felt like they were trying to move people through as fast as possible which I get but it made the experience feel a little off. It’s not

It was absolutely disgusting. I waited 10 minutes for the oreo bites just for there to be no sauce(they’re supposed to add) and it tasted like week old pretzels with tiny oreos on it. I’ve had the same thing at a different auntie anne’s and it tastes nothing alike. I’m so disgusted what a waste of money. Don’t even waste your time coming to this disgusting place, they clearly don’t know what auntie anne's is SUPPOSED to taste like.

I work in the outlet and frequent the store regularly. The lady who appears to be the new manager is professional, and courteous. This has been lacking in the store for months, a welcoming change. Food and service has greatly improved. The 2 stars on atmosphere is a reflection of the 3 guys, behind the counter, that act like they are at a bar rather than work. The excessive use of foul language, that can clearly be heard in the front of the store, and immature behavior is appalling, especially when there's young children present. Overall, I would recommend as the pretzels and Cinnabon items are amazing.
