My pregnancy craving today was a jumbo soft pretzel with mustard and this was the closest to me, did my shopping first and get it to go. Absolutely terrible, as soon as I pull out of the parking lot, I try to eat it, and it is hard as a rock. It actually hurt my jaw to eat it. Super disappointed.
No stock. , they have only pretzels :(
Went to redeem a free pretzel. They didn't know it included Almond flavour. Found out after i showed them. Gave me the pretzel. Didn't scan the QR code. Didn't give me a napkin. Asked them for napkins - they gave me ONE - Subway napkin. Asked for another - they gave me ONE. SOMEBODY doesn't make sense and is stingey as hell >.>
Staff is very nice at this location. Accommodated free pretzel despite issues with the rewards system. I will be back.
Lazy workers and stale pretzels Asked for a origami pretzel and was looked at like a had lost my mind for asking....smh
