I went there 2 days ago and forgot to leave a review, but do not go to this one in the mall. The lady was coughing all over everything and was extremely rude to my sister and I for no reason at all. Told us it’d be a few minutes for our pretzels, we said okay that’s no problem so we sat and waited then she put them out for us I was gunna ask for some dip but she was gone before we even got up to grab our pretzels. I found not one, not two, but THREE hairs one on the outside stuck to it and the other two wrapped up inside of my pretzel. It was disgusting so do not go here, not worth it.

Occurrence 3. There was a whole rat in my cheese dip! Occurrence 2. Came to pickup an online order. It had been in for at least 20 minutes. Lady employee begrudgingly got off of her phone videos to inform me it would be at least 15 minutes lol. What is going on here? Worst place in town by far. Occurrence 1. Lady said the store was closed when I came to pickup an order. She literally handed two orders out while in my line of sight and the order had been placed a minimum of 10 minutes. Just didn’t want to make it. Highly do not recommend. Seems they close at a random time whenever the employee wants to leave.

I went at 6:30 to pick up an order and they said they were closed and out of food. They close at 9… this is pitiful and obviously not a one time occurrence looking at other reviews.

It was 30 minutes before you close and was told they were done making product.

ALL of the employees took a break at the same time, they didn't have any food cooked despite being open over an hour and a half after opening, and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to be the first in line to take our order. They also were unfriendly and rather snappy at potential customers. (They also had a personal drink by store food supplies in the back.) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD
