Highly disappointed. We orded $50 worth of pretzels and my card or neither was my sister's card being accepted. They said it was a problem with our cards but it wasn't since we literally used it 10 minutes before. The manager was rude and passive aggressive and indirectly called us broke. We requested to be rang up in a different counter and they did and my card worked. They proceeded to blame it on me because I wasn't tapping my card properly but I literally swiped and inserted it and it still didn't work. Maybe they should learn to take accountability. The employee that rang us up also looked like it was her first day on earth and looked at us like we were stupid.

This was my first time at this location and I ordered regular pretzel nuggets and cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets both of them were hot and fresh. I also ordered a blueberry lemonade. The lemonade tasted like it was a diet lemonade so I end up pouring that out. But the staff was nice and friendly and they have a few tables nearby that you can sit at and eat your pretzels

I was here around 1:00pm. Monday 10. I just confused about 2 flavors. I saw they looked the same but some customers ( vietnamese) behind me told me pick the middle one. Then I talked with her about that. I so confused. I want the lady wear the hat with 2 colors dark blue and yellow at store explain for me. But she get angry at me.when my sister pay for this order. That lady slammed the atm machine. I always order food from here when I shopping at south lake mall. I already pay 2 times for today. Total $25. Im so sad. I never come back here anymore.

staff looks so “unhappy = if not want to say unfriendly’. a person with light gold/yellow color hair has no customer service skill. Hope she is not a supervisor or in mgmt. level. Her attitude is totally unacceptable. Your company needs to provide training and coaching on these types of behaviors!

I vsit this location often but they customer service sucks i ordered a pretzel with cheese but they never put the cheese in the bag so i asked her for the cheese and she like grab the bag to look in it i dont need to lie i dont steal so for you to act like im gonna lie about a item that i paid for not being in my bag really and on top of that she was handing me my reciept like i had some kind of germ and you didnt want to touch my hand you may need a new line of work i walk away but went back to ask her name she did not have a nametag on her name was Melisa you need some training clearly even tho i left a tip it was for the othefs that were working there i dont like going to this annie anns cause they customers service is HORRIBLE
