Staff here is always so kind and welcoming!! Store manager Brittney takes her role as store manager very seriously!!! Even as a customer I can see that Brittney has superior work ethic! Food is always fresh and the store is always clean. My experience at this location is always 10000/10

I was the second person in line and the employees acted like i wasn’t even there. After 20 minutes I just left..

Let’s start with the cinnamon sugar nuggets were delicious!!! But this visit only deserves one star… the young man that is working the counter is going to cost them a lot of money! He told me and the family of 4 behind me that he was out of cinnamon sugar nuggets. Well I only came up here for these so I asked him could he make some?? It was dough sitting right there ready to use. He told me it would be 20 min. I said that will be fine. He continued to tell ppl he was out of stuff but others were like me and said they would wait. Who ever the owner, or manager is need to make sure he doesn’t continue to cost you guys money. I ordered for three ppl, the family behind me ordered for 4. More followed after us. But the amount of money that was turned away while I was waiting on my food was craz

I go to this location twice a week. My son loves the pretzel bites. Everytime we visit, we're greeted with smiles and everyone is extremely friendly. Today when I visited, there was a new young lady (Jaelyn) , she was very polite. To be new, she was well rounded and knew how to handle the rush! Jessica's management skills really show through her staff! Job well done!!

went in there at 6:15pm on 6-28-24 and there was a black woman that was really sweet and an older white lady. the black lady took my order and the white lady refused to make it because she was for one eating on the floor, then complain because it would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook a cup of mini pretzel dogs. we drive 35 minutes to get them and i was really disappointed when she was rude. also, also, when we were ordering the white lady in the back was rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks. I think she’s a manager, I’m not really sure, but she doesn’t need to be employed there
