I came here one day and loooooved the pretzels they were done so perfectly and fresh came here the next day because they were that good and what a disappointment!!!! There was an older lady there and when I asked if the pepperoni pretzel bites were fresh she said they should be but they were cold she said she could make more with a slight attitude. This is how they came out burnt dry and barely any pepperoni on them. Will not be coming back to this location if they keep serving them like this .

The pretzels are overpriced for what you get and they always want to give you the pretzels that they pre portion and place under the heatlamp. The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites barely had any sugar on them at all and they were cold and not very soft. I feel that the quality of the product has gone down while the price has gone up. I wish they were the same pretzels that I used to get.

Bridget the store manager was the nicest person I've ever met! Shes the reason we'll be returning! Excellent service and amazing food. The sweet almond pretzel is my wifes favorite!!

The staff working today worked their butts off and did it with a smile. They were all extremely nice and professional. I definitely hope the owner looks at these reviews and does something to keep today's staff! They are well informed and kind as can be. Thanks!
