Auntie Anne's

I’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s, but unfortunately this location inside Wal-Mart really hurts the brand’s reputation. The pretzels here are consistently overcooked, skinny, and not up to the quality you’d expect from Auntie Anne’s. On top of that, the staff are often rude and unhelpful. If they run out of a specific kind of pretzel, they refuse to make more—even when customers are asking and willing to wait. It’s disappointing because people come here wanting to support the business, but instead leave frustrated. Looking at the other reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Hopefully Auntie Anne’s corporate takes notice, because this location is giving a great company a bad name.

Do not order from this place on GrubHub or DoorDash if you want to ensure your food is safe. I spent $20 for 2 cups of pretzels only to get it and they didn't even close up the bag for the DoorDash individual. My bag came to me completely open. 🤢 the least they could've done was close our bag to ensure our $20 pretzels were fresh and didn't have nasty in them. 🥴

Pretzel Quest 2022: They advertise large plump pretzels, but their actual products are little and scrawny. Hardly any salt at all. It's inside the Walmart, so I guess I should have known nothing good would come out of this. Ha.

Arrived at opening time, only to be told it'll be a 20 minute wait. It is customery to have food hot and ready to serve at the time of opening. You shouldn't JUST be getting started prepping at opening... But, from reading the reviews, I see that this is the norm here. Lol. Disappointing.

I asked for pepperoni. The guy said no. So I got cinnamon instead and I knew it was going to be hard and it had been sitting under the lamp for hours. I said I would wait but the guy kept saying no I don't have it. I am like wow.. they are gonna to lose this location if they keep doing this. I am not wasting another dollar here.
