Simple Simon's Pizza

We tried this place finally tonight! Pictures don’t do it justice, these pizzas were the real deal for American pizza. The mouthfeel was unique, especially for the thin crust which wasn’t too thin, very filling. The ingredient are fresh and it’s not over seasoned with flavor additives like many pizza places do, which is tasty, this let the ingredients and technique set the standard. The pictures look a little dark, these are not burnt, I order extra sauce and they have to cook a little longer. The cheese didn’t dry out or burn, it was cooked perfectly. Service was prompts and pleasant, store was clean. I told the lady up front that it was my first time in and she made sure that I got to try all of their sauces. Tried Simple Simons for the first time tonight- classic crust pepperoni pizza and their alpine bread sticks (unique sauce to Simple Simons). The person that took my phone order and helped me check out at the restaurant was super nice. We will definitely be back!

I only came across this hidden gem while doordashing. I already appreciated this place, every order I’ve ever picked up here is on time. The shop is clean too. Today I picked up a pie of my own and yup. Here I am telling you about it. Thank you Simple Simon’s!

The pizza never disappoints. The people never disappoint. If they make an error (it's only ever happened to us once), they are so quick to fix it. It's like they really want you to enjoy the experience of picking up your food, which seems to be a dying concept in the fast/casual dining sphere. It's a simple thing that goes a very long way. They are our exclusive pizza people. :-)

The calzone they have may be my favorite pizza related dish of all-time. Price seemed high at first, until you see how huge and delicious the calzone is! Based upon those factors I'd say it's an appropriate value. Order it with an extra side of alpine sauce and marinara sauce. Staff is friendly and helpful making you aware of specials and rewards system. This space is just counter service so there's not much to look at for atmosphere, but I'd be interested in eating inside if they open a location with dine-in service.
