If I could give a first time zero I would. I asked for a pepperoni pretzel. Didn't realize until I was halfway home that I was given the bites instead. Wondered why I was asked to psy $6. Wasn't given a receipt or asked if I wanted anything else. The taste was off as well. Very disappointing 😞.

So much regarding the pleasure you will experience from eating a pretzel depends on who prepares it. If you're lucky enough to stubble upon a true soft pretzel lover you're hit gold. If not, you get an ok pretzel Walmart style. They are ok in a pinch. But for that true salty pretzel experience, head to any boardwalk along the Atlantic.

Depending on who is making the Pretzel the Day you go,depends on how Fresh it will be... I personally enjoy them when they are just coming out of the oven.Nice,Fresh & 🔥....

They're service was just as bad as their pretzels. The young lady was rude, staff horseplaying in the background. Once I'm done, I literally had to reach behind the counter to get the stuff I brought. Like are you kidding me? Also, where was the red fork for my nuggets. This is just unbelievelable service that was the poorest that I've ever received. Not to mention that pretzels weren't even hot.

Flies everywhere, why isn't the cinnamon pretzel made with cinnamon in the dough? Why so much sugar?? White sugar at that not healthy. There's NO whole wheat pretzel of any kind. Is this entity thinking about the health of Americans?? No separation with the utensil either; the same one used to scoop up the pork is the same one used to grab a plan pretzel. Not KOSHER.
