Marce Bakery & Ice Cream

Family and I decided to stop and try the tacos here after a visit to Brecknock park across the street. We ordered one barbacoa taco to try and it was real good. We ordered 3 more barbacoa tacos for our son, I ordered the chicken flautas, and my husband ordered the menudo. The bowl of menudo was big and my husband said he’s glad they were not skimpy on the contents of the soup. The food was delicious. We also got three different aguas frescas; watermelon, horchata, and cucumber lime. The drinks were great. One of the girls gave us a sample cup of mango raspadas with chamoy and we enjoyed that as well. We will definitely be back to order a tres leches cake and get some other sweet treats in the future! This is our new favorite place to get Mexican food!!

I had one of the most authentic experiences at this shop, reminds me of my aunt before she moved to Texas. You must absolutely try this at least once, that's all I ask of you reading this. The staff made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in with a friendly greeting and a sample of there juices which I'm definitely heading back for. I got the flank steak tacos and if the succulent meat I tasted in those is any indication of the following menu then I'm willing to bet everything SLAPS on this menu! Do yourself a favor and stop in before this blows up and starts getting packed. 10/10 would visit more than once a week

I ordered 4 pieces of cake with door dash. I got one piece of cake that was small and stale. Without asking, they substituted 2 flans...this might have been ok but the flan was curdled (sour, poor texture) and inedible. For the third missing piece of cake, they sent a strange jello congealed milk thing. Very rubbery and not tasty. Seems like they just pushed the store trash off on me since I wasn't there to stand up for myself. Not cool. I was excited to find a bakery near me...not anymore.

Amazing!! I cannot believe I haven't stopped here sooner! Such nice staff, and so amazing and yummy! I will be back to keep trying things on the menu!!!

The desserts my family and I got were good. However, we were in there waiting for about 25mins for some shaved ice and 1 scoop of ice cream. Literally sat and watched other families that ordered after us get their food before us. I really don’t want to say this but, they were definitely serving their people first. On top of that, my $150 sweater was ruined because they had bleach on their table.
