Auntie Anne's

We made a stop on our travels and decided to get a few items at Auntie Anne’s. Connor served us at the counter, and we had to say he was absolutely fantastic. Super sweet, made some great suggestions, just over all he truly served with enthusiasm and a smile. It added a great experience to our travels.

Poor service. I love pretzels. I guess there's not enough people that wanted to work here. Cause the ones already there don't want to open. Second time this happened to me. Some on the phone chatting. I requested two pretzels y she said card only. After a paid four people pay with cash. She still chatting.

This was the strangest experience we had on our entire trip from Ontario to Cleveland (which was otherwise amazing!) There were 2 staff working, but they both treated the customers waiting as if they couldn't see them - completely ignoring everyone for a solid 5 minutes, going about there business. Finally, the most disgruntled person I may have ever encountered took our order. The pretzels were great! I've never been to one of these restaurants before and I'm not sure if it's a chain or not, but my overall sense is that it's a completely miserable place for the employees to work.

We go every year to PA and traditionally make a stop here for great pretzels! This year the lady was hiding behind the oven, paying no attention to the line of customers. It was almost noon and there was one single old jalepeno pretzel and two buckets of pretzel pieces. The lady working was extremely disgruntled and said it would be half hour before pretzels were available. So we waited and approached the counter when she started placing pretzels in the front bin. She refused to serve us “until the bin was full of pretzels”. Absolutely miserable person to be working in a customer service industry. She complained about how she’s “only one person” but having worked in customer service before, if you open at 11am, you are ready to go and provide your customers with service. From the other

If you are checking reviews for this stop, I highly recommend trying something else. Normally when I read reviews, I assume that some people are exaggerating because they are upset about something. This was just legitimately bad overall. Terrible service from young kids to just could not care less. The pretzel tastes accordingly. Walking up to the counter, the girl who is working the register nonchalantly walked away from the register, behind a wall. The other was within visual range… Although too involved than her phone to bother to look up. Took one bite… Placed the rest behind the driver seat… After trying a second bite later… I just cannot bring myself to eat a pretzel this bad. Do you agree?
