Auburn Public Library

First time at this library and it is just WOW!! Like a magical book land with play areas, lots of reading nooks and awesome house plants!! The only worrisome thing was on the couch and chairs where there's jagged metal exposed where a side stand was attached. This should be covered bc it also looks rusty and is dangerous to kids and adults if they're not paying attention.

Mrs. Bel is awesome!! Ms. Holly is very knowledgeable and informative. Miss Annie helped me find some books. We love story time with Mrs. Cheryl on Mondays and Wednesdays! It's always so much fun to make friends 🧡 Everyone is friendly. 🙂 Auburn Public Library is a very nice library. There is also a playground/ park right next door. Thank you!!

I used to go here years ago and it was nice and quiet. A cute little library. And its still very cute but its no longer quiet. The bathrooms are pretty gross too. However they have an awesome manga and teen section.

Went here today for the first time. When we arrived, my 3-year-old (who loves libraries) was pointing out posters and things at the front desk and one of the women up front almost seemed annoyed that he was excited to be there. He wasn't being loud. Just pointing and saying things like, "Wow!" In a normal tone of voice. When we got to the back area where the play kitchen and stuff is, someone had left it a mess. Which was fine, my friend and I mentioned to each other that we'd just have our kids clean up when they were done playing. But the same staff member who had looked annoyed up front walked through and made passive aggressive comments toward my toddler saying, "Wow. I sure hope all of these toys get cleaned up when you're done." in a snarky tone instead of just speaking to me and ask
