Aubergine Kitchen

I’m so glad I found Aubergine. It’s honestly one of the best healthy restaurants I’ve come across in Utah so far. I ordered a custom bowl and everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The cheese bread was very soft. And their cilantro cashew dressing makes the whole bowl even better. It’s hard to find healthy food that actually tastes this good and still leaves you feeling good after eating. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Awesome healthy selection with great variety of all sorts of clean food. Self serve sea salt grinder and olive oil along with substantial quality napkins and cardboard to go containers. Only suggestion I would add to this is have wood chopsticks... Although the silverware is compostable which was very commendable. Jim was my server and he was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this restaurant in particular.

This is the first time I’ve eaten in Aubergine Kitchen. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was delicious. They have variety of options between vegetarian, chicken and seafood. All the ingredients are fresh and made to order. I’ve had the falafel based vegetarian option and it’s now my absolute go to dish when I visit Aubergine Kitchen again. Definitely worth the effort and price to dine in. Will recommend it for a weekend dine in option.

Whoa, the options here are plentiful! Loads of gluten free options, and clean eating. The lemonades are awesome, and the cucumber in one accentuates the flavor in such a way. You could spend a great deal of time reviewing the massive electronic menu, but trust your instinct and whatever you get will taste great.

I did not have a superb time when I came here. The presentation of the food is amazing and the place looks cute, it is just really crowded. When my wife and I received our food it was cold. My wife's food had whole peppercorns that almost cracked her teeth. The flavors weren't really strong either. It might have just been the day I came, but definitely not someplace I would recommend with the circumstances I had. I would come back if it were different.
