The food was immaculate; the atmosphere—cozy and sophisticated. definitely making this a usual spot. Didn’t know that quinoa could be so soft until I came here; none of the flavors were overbearing and were balanced perfectly. I love the interior: from the choice of furniture to the arrangements. You can tell that the company didn’t really cheap out when it came to the quality of their ingredients (especially utensils). Thanks so much for the service!

Ordered delivery for 3 smoothies. All of them great. The strawberry glow is full of nutritious ingredients, love the combo of sea moss, avocado, and collagen. The homemade coconut cream is top because it tastes so fresh! Same the homemade granola on the pumpkin smoothie, so yummy and crunchy. The wake-up call is perfect for hangover, refreshing and regenerating. I would come for more. The non-dairy chocolate ice-cream shakes look great...

I heard about this place has no seed oil added nor sugar. I gave a try. I wanted to order everything! I loved it! It’s so delicious. And the milk shake without sugar added is amazing! I normally hate milk shake anywhere. But this has the AMAZING milk shake with natural sugar. I will come back again while I’m in town. I will be sad because there’s no location in Florida when I go back.

I came here for dessert! It’s my first time ordering here and from the start, when you walk in, it’s so pretty! I think if you’re in to taking photos of “settings”, this is a decent place for you. Looking at my photos might make a bit more sense. Anyways, I got a Sundae and I was excited because I’m lactose intolerant so I tend to eat Vegan dessert items if places have them just to be safe. I’d say the service with ordering at the front, a bit long. I’d ask them some simple questions about the ingredients and they don’t seem in tuned with what they serve. Maybe they just had a long day, who knows! I gave it 3 stars because of I took 1 star off from the service, but I’m taking another since my stomach feels absolutely awful. So excited that Aubergine Kitchen has made its way to Las Vegas! After loving their Arizona location, I can confirm this one is just as excellent. The food is beautiful and delicious, especially the Brazilian cheese rolls. With so many gluten-free and dairy-free options, it’s my new favorite spot for a 'feel-good' meal. Clean, pleasant, and highly recommended!
