Aubergine Kitchen

Great place for healthy food! My husband and I are getting so we are better off splitting something than to take home leftovers we will not eat later. We ended up sharing a "Better Earth Bowl" which was absolutely delicious! It was fresh, flavorful and filling! Definitely will be going back!

SOOO BEAUTIFUL!! Aubergine has been one of my favorites for a couple of years, and the new Spanish Fork location is absolute perfection. I’ll stop by to eat or take my laptop and get a smoothie while waiting for my son at karate. My go-to smoothie is the Banana Monkey, and the cheese bread is a must-try. I also love the baked sweet potato bites with dill dip - so good! Some of my other favorites include the mango salmon bowl, chicken harvest bowl, mango goat cheese salad, and the chicken caprese melt. I have a few food sensitivities, and one of the best things about Aubergine is that I can enjoy almost everything on the menu and still feel amazing afterwards.

Food was great! Very healthy. Fresh. Curry was wonderful. Key lime 🍋‍🟩 was very smooth. It was a bit chilly however. The ladies at the table next to us were shivering 🥶. Otherwise, great experience!

My wife and I have been regular customers at this location for years, easily 100 to 200 visits. Until recently, Aubergine stood out for its consistency and quality. Unfortunately, over the last several months we have noticed a clear and ongoing decline in both food preparation and service. What used to be a dependable experience now feels inconsistent and, at times, careless. For example, we have received chicken harvest bowls with only a single piece of broccoli or almost no kale at all. We are also increasingly missing items we paid for, such as cheese bread, even when ordering extra. About a week ago, we waited over 30 minutes for a simple two bowl pickup order. If you’re looking for a new healthy, delicious restaurant to try out, this is it. We were impressed with the menu selection and quality of food that we ordered! We tried the Brazilian Açaí bowl, the Madeira Steak Bowl, the Steak Melt and the Avocado Protein Bowl. We mainly looking for something new and appetizing to try out and had heard that Aubergine Kitchen was a healthy, delicious restaurant, one that had a good atmosphere so we decided to try put the words of others to the test. We were greeted kindly and were able to receive some good recommendations from friendly staff. The wait time wasn’t that long at all, and the food came out freshly made and tasted incredible! We definitely will be returning to Aubergine Kitchen, we highly recommend it!
