Went here for our Valentine's Day date night and had a great experience. Service was a little slow, but to be expected on a busy Friday night. Our sushi rolls tasted so unique and fresh. I got one with plantain on top and it was soooo yummy. The rolls are pretty big too which I really appreciate for the price. This place seems to be a bit of Japanese/Peru fusion with Peruvian dishes on the menu as well, and my husband is Peruvian, so we definitely wanna go back and try some of that soon as well as more sushi (there were so many options on the menu!). Service was very friendly as well.

Patricia was kind and patient with our group. The food was excellent and vast and its variety. As far as Draper sushi goes this place is top shelf. I will definitely come again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You HAVE to try the sushi pizza! One of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life! The sushi is truly unique, and as someone that doesn’t like curry, the coco roll was absolutely Devine! The Japan roll is also very tantalizing! We also had the Tuna Poke and substituted pineapple for cucumber. It was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!
