Nice wide beach, plenty of space to chill and enjoy the waves. Access via boardwalk, you can see plenty of shells in the sand, beach is mostly clean, only a few trash items observed over 100+m distance. 3 stars, will be back to see the sunrise.

Cool, active, at times choppy water. Beautiful scenery. Located steps away from the boardwalk. Something to definately experience.

While our visit was in March, not in the summer months it was still wonderful weather for the time of year with sunshine ☀️. The beach is beautiful and very large. If you enjoy walking along the water , you can easily walk endlessly. There are plenty of sea shells 🐚 all along the beach. The boardwalk with food options and shops as well as Ferris wheel would be enjoyable in the summer.

The beach was okay overall. The vibe on the boardwalk was really fun, lots of energy, music, and food. But chair and umbrella rentals were very expensive, which was a downside. Also, there were very few outdoor showers, so it wasn’t easy to rinse off the sand. Still, it’s a decent spot for a few hours if you’re already in the area.

Substantial amount of life guards. 3-4 per stand. The sand was pretty clean all 3 days we were there. *One of the mornings when we went to see the sunrise though, we were upset to find out how the beach was actually cleaned. The left over flip flops, buckets, and shovels were "cleaned" up by being swept under more layers of sand. They basically had someone on a tractor riding up and down the beach, pushing all the left over belongings from the day deeper into the sand. Although getting out of the truck to pick up stuff may be time consuming, it would have a more positive outcome if handled differently. Minus that, there weren't many issues when we went. It was pretty busy as it was 4th of July week but we were always able to find a spot with enough space for us, the water was a decent
