Wow. Truly an incredible experience. We've made the decision to make a trip at least once a quarter to try out the new seasonal options! Some of the items were some of the best food we have, and we travel internationally chasing incredible vegan food. 10/10, and over the moon that it's in our hometown. Wonderful evening! I reserved the chef's counter and Chef Adam and his team put together a wonderful menu that completely won me over. It was my first experience in a purely vegan/vegetarian restaurant and it is on par with many Michelin-starred restaurants. The relaxed and genuinely interested small talk made the evening perfect. The wine selection paired with the dishes was also perfect. It will definitely not be my last visit and I am already looking forward to the team's next creations. 10/10

Going to Astera is not just going out for dinner: it is a whole different dining experience that goes beyond food and service. Don't get me wrong: the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! But to reduce a dinner at Astera to only this would not do it justice. The atmosphere is carefully crafted, from the lighting to the music, creating a space not only to eat, but to celebrate the art of cooking. Dining here feels less like a meal and more like a journey, one that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.

The food is absolutely incredible, thoughtful, unique, and nothing short of an experience. Next the service was wonderful. From the host, to the chefs, to the sommelier, to the servers, everyone made you feel like it was there pleasure that you were there. This restaurant is an absolute gem. It might be the best high end vegan restaurant in the country and is likely among the best in the world. Bravo!
