Aspasia Production Kitchen

SO exciting!!! There's a new DEDICATED gluten free bakery in Indy and everything is incredible !! These are the goodies we picked up today from Aspasia Bake-Shop and many of them are dairy free too. One of my daughters has celiac and the other is gluten intolerant, and these are some of the best baked GF goods they say they've ever tasted. The owner and baker Eva is pure magic in the kitchen!! Some of the most exciting things have been Hawaiian rolls (taste exactly like the regular kind!!!), pecan pie bars, brownies, raspberry bars, peanut butter chocolate cupcakes, and zucchini bread. Their production kitchen is located on Michigan road near 96th street. October 1 they will be opening a dedicated gluten free coffee and bake shop too - we can't wait !!

THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BAKERY I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I am gluten free and it is so hard to find gluten free desserts that are yummy and have the same consistency as regular sweets. My favorites are the zucchini bread, cinnamon rolls, brownies, rolls, and raspberry bars, however, everything I've ever had from Aspasia has been AMAZING! Eva, the owner, is such a sweetheart and is such a talented baker! Whether you are gluten free, or if you just want incredible treats, I highly highly highly recommend Aspasia!

Do yourself a favor, and try the delicious baked goodies from here! If you didn’t tell me the cookies or breads I’ve had from Aspasia were gluten free, I probably wouldn’t have known. The flavors were rich, deep, but not overpowering. Sweet but not TOO sweet. That’s a gentle balance to strike! I had some cookies delivered as I’m out of state, and they still tasted bakery fresh and delicious! Gluten free or not, I’d recommend this bakery to anyone. But especially to GF folks..I’m sure you’re tired of eating cardboard, dry, crumbly bakery items and breads. You won’t find any of that here!! There’s something special about this place!

I've had celiac for almost 7 years, and this is the BEST gluten-free bakery I've ever been to!! EVERYTHING here is phenomenal - hawaiian rolls, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, breads, pecan pie bars, and cinnamon rolls!! You would absolutely never guess it's gluten-free - Eva is magic in the kitchen!!!
