Had dinner again at Asian Fusion in Pottsville Tuesday, 27 January 2026. We had dined at Asian Fusion last Saturday and could not wait to return. The food and sushi was that good ! Food was GREAT again ! Previously, my wife had the edamame appetizer and the peanut butter chicken while I had the shu mai appetizer and the hibachi shrimp. I also ordered three sushi rolls to go. Ordered were the dinosaur roll, smoked salmon cucumber roll and the salmon avocado roll. Everything order was tasty and spot on ! This time, my wife had the crab Rangoon and the hibachi chicken while I had the shrimp tempura and teriyaki salmon with a side order of fried rice. Dinner at Asian Fusion with the wife was delicious! The food is great and, now that the madness that was opening weekend is over, the service and speed of getting the meals is phenomenal. The first two days were a nightmare for everyone. Those of you who may have tried it Friday or Saturday of last week and not been impressed, I encourage you to try it again now that they have had a chance to figure everything out. Even tried some new foods! Soup dumplings sure are tasty.... But a sure fire way to burn your mouth! Had the hibachi steak, minus the mushrooms. And the juice was delicious on my fried rice. Just visited this place with my daughter and it was honestly the best experience. We usually have to travel to Wyomissing/West Reading to get food like this. It was perfect, quick and the atmosphere was calm . The ramen and sushi is so good. The menu had variety and the staff were very kind. Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again!

Such a great experience eating dinner tonight!! We did bite into the sushi before taking a picture, so good! The ramen we got was also so filling and delicious. The staff were super friendly and so nice. The prices were awesome especially for how much food we got (and how stuffed we were when we left). I’m glad to have such a delicious restaurant in Pottsville and that they were able to utilize that building in an awesome way!! Happy to support another local business and cannot wait to go back and try more of their food.
