This place is absolutely amazing! The salmon is fresh and buttery! The rolls are delicious- but again most importantly fresh. Their rice is amazing (sushi connoisseurs understand the importance of good rice). Love their triple aliance roll! Ive ordered from them three times in the summer- and it’s very consistent. Will order from again and again! Highly recommend

Wow! The fish is so fresh, and buttery, comparable to omakase without the price tag. I usually don’t order sushi in the summer considering the heat, but this spot has such high quality fish that I’ve ordered 4 times this week in 98 degree weather. The salmon pieces melt in your mouth, I dream of them. The tamago is perfectly done, tender, and not too sweet. The Triple Alliance roll was my favorite. The salmon was perfectly balanced with a bit of spice, sweet eel sauce, & refreshing mango. Saddle River roll and spicy salmon rolls were also delightful, but a bit too much crunch for my taste. In my opinion, the dressing that came with the garden salad, not that anyone gets sushi for the salad, needed a bit more ginger and sweetness. So excited to have found my new go to sushi spot.

Always fresh, always consistent, always delicious! The chefs and staff are so nice, treat customers like family. Best small place, but preferably take out due to small size of restaurant.

This was our favorite sushi spot alas theres new owners and they have raised prices and cut the portions. New management also uses imitation crab meat on a sashmi plater. Previous owner did not so quality is down while prices came up ...see attached pictures guess ill be looking for a new local shishi place. Also including the recipt mind you I will gladly pay higher prices for quality ...this place however has a longvway to go and are overcharging while cutting corners. Look at the "shrimp roll" let me know if you see any shrimp. Honestly Shoprite does a better job 🙄

Hidden gem. This is the best and tastiest sushi place I have ever had. I drive from Wallington, NJ at least twice a month to enjoy this sushi. The quality is top notch. Fresh fish, soft, properly moist rice, and excellent presentation. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff that works there is very nice. They learn your name and always say “Hi Karolina / Hi Lukas” when we call. If you have not eaten here yet - you’re missing out. The reviews will never give this place justice.
