Asian Bistro

Amazing food, great options. I would definitely drive to Carthage to eat here over several places in Joplin.

While working in the area, the Hillbilly and a co-worker hit the Asian Bistro for an all you can eat buffet. For the most part, it was pretty good. I did find a few items that were supposed to be hot that were not hot. But the selection was nice. The restaurant and buffet line were very clean. And the staff was very nice and friendly. If I'm in Carthage again, I'd consider Asian Bistro a good lunch stop.

It was a nice environment, we had the buffet and the food was just all very mediocre though. Cold, but Im not expecting anything crazy considering its a buffet. Any reviews saying it was a 5 star maybe ordered off the menu instead? Just had no flavoring.

We've been going for years but the last year the buffet is declining more each time we go. They no longer have a salad area just lettuce and dressing there is no toppings for a salad, No spring rolls just egg rolls, the last few times we've gone the food quality has also declined the food seemed "old" like it had been sitting on the buffet for a long time.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind and attentive. The food was wonderful and absolutely loved listening to the music. The price was great, it was a very enjoyable visit.
