Ashland Town Library

I love this library! The women I have met that work here are so incredibly personable and helpful. I take my 3 year old here a lot and they have games and activities to engage him and keep him busy while I choose books for the week. They have amazing kits like bird watching, ghost hunting, gardening and more that you can check out. They have building blocks, story time kits, and magnatiles you can check out. A good variety of books and activities! We love going here, feels like the best part of a small town.

I grew up at this library. I used to go there everyday after school and I was always welcomed with open arms. They have a wide variety of events that are free to patrons; I learned to knit at one and it’s a skill I still use today. The librarians always took my suggestions into account when ordering new books and want to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible there. I can’t stress enough that libraries are important community spaces that help give kids a safe place to go instead of getting in trouble and offer so many free services that most people in our community can’t afford on their own.

The Ashland Town Library in Ashland, NH has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a well curated collection for all ages. I love their programing too. They also have a well kept lawn that's great for reading and or using the free Wi-Fi.
