Asados El Paisa Broward

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m leaving a bad one. I’ve been living in Broward for over 35 years and I am happy to say I finally found a good restaurant on university. This place is awesome. You can tell that it’s authentic from when you first walk in the door. I got the fries with the chicken and the steak and the plantains all covered in cheese and I had to stop eating to make this review.. Good Job!!!

I ordered two orders of steak tacos in one order of papa Loca and I called 25 minutes ahead of time, I arrived to only wait another 25 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable but I can say the food was good tacos was OK Papa Loco was amazing and the price is fair. This place is like a version of the truck in Kendall but the truck is better. They still have the #1 tacos from the food truck in Kendall. If I were to say to change anything it would be the service wait time and maybe a bilingual staff.

The restaurant was completely empty ( we were the only table) we still waited more than 30 minutes for our food. The waitress seemed more focused on her phone and chatting with friends than on serving customers ( even being the only table she confused our order) We eventually had to take our food to go because we spent all our time just waiting to be helped. Don’t go if you don’t have lot of time for lunch.

Have eaten in better colombian places. Food was lacking flavor. It's not bad..can be better. Clean place and good customer service. Good portion served.

Family owned but let me tell you. The food was fresh and all made on the spot. The time was not long as most have commented and even then the food was phenomenal. Special thanks to Margarita for the delicious meal and kind persona.
