If you’re anywhere near Columbus, do yourself a favor and stop by Artisan Pizza Cafe. This was hands down one of the best pizza experiences we’ve had — and not just because of the food (though that alone is worth five stars). We just walked in, which isn’t ideal since she only prepares a limited number of doughs each day — everything is made fresh and with intention — but she was the sweetest lady and welcomed us so graciously. You can immediately tell this isn’t “just a business” to her. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. She takes so much PRIDE in her craft — from the quality of the ingredients to how perfectly cooked the pizza comes out of the oven. They burnt my cheese pizza Very unprofessional to send something that burnt out the door without checking the bottom. I came back to edit my review because I still don't understand how something that burnt goes unnoticed? Okay the service was nice. They claimed they didn't have the thick crust because of something about oven temperature? Tipped $2 and won't do that again. Overpriced Paid $46 for 2 14" pizzas one $3 per topping pepperoni and bacon and $20 one cheese. The pep/bacon came out good. I think they forgot about the cheese pizza because its burnt. The most incredible crust and flavor I’ve ever tasted! You can tell she pours her heart into every pizza she makes. She’s so personable and genuinely passionate about her craft, and it shows from the moment you meet her. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients and you can taste the difference. If you’re looking for pizza that’s full of soul, flavor, and authenticity, this is the place! A true labor of love and a must-try! 🍕✨

I found it hard to review this spot based on my traditional expectations of pizza, but I had to give it five stars nonetheless. This establishment is fantastic and delivers a truly unique experience. Every single item was fresh and tasty, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality ingredients. While it might not fit the conventional "pizza" mold, it succeeds brilliantly on its own terms. The availability of fresh dessert options was an unexpected bonus that perfectly capped off the meal. If you come here, come with an open mind and prepare to be impressed by what they offer!

The perfect crust to sauce to cheese ratio. The crust was well cooked and had a nice crisp. I ate it fresh so it was not soggy at all. The pepperoni got the perfect char doing the cook. My personal pallet would just want more salt in the crust. This is a new restaurant so please expect a wait.
