Nice place. Friendly waitress for sure. Food was good. Environment was also nice.

Went there the first time today, Amazing. Don't pass up the Boom Boom shrimp. And the Philly Dilly quesadilla is Thick. The Salmon berry nut salad is so tasty snd can be shared. One note would be, skip the desserts, the cheesecake was not fresh, and grainy.

Had 3 people including myself. Didn't realize they automatically put a 20% tip on the bill. Had a $65 bill and the 20% tip made almost $80. I put a hundred dollar bill in the book and waited almost 45min before I had to ask for my receipt and found they just intended on keeping the change... wasn't busy either. I watched several people pay their bill and was rewarded their receipt while my receipt was already placed on the holder. Ive laid $100 bills down before and told the waitress keep the change and they respectfully returned the change that I left for them. Honesty goes a long ways. Foods good,not that good. I suggest keeping your tab paid with cash closer to the billed amount or you will also pay the price.

There was a time when I really enjoyed eating here but the last two times have been very disappointing. Recently we tried their smash burgers. It was more like a regular burger with a smaller patty. None of the thin crispy edges of a smash burger. No flavor at all. That half slice of a paper thin tomato was actually funny!! I think my friend got the other half on her burger. Oh and it cost the same as that delicious smash burger I got at Fat Boys in Mountain Home. Maybe send the cook there to check it out.

I’ve never made a review before but I feel like Artisans needs a real one. I’ve eaten here 3 times over the years. Just to give it a chance. The first time my food was bland. This was within the first year in the Ashflat Location. The second time my food looked beautiful.. but tasted bland around 2021. Then tonight we go in and order an appetizer two adult meals and one child. Our bill was $74.99…. We got the loaded potato app flavor was decent some of the potatoes were under done. Then our meal arrives. I got the wings 16.99 for a pound of chicken wings. They were fried to death no moisture left in the meat and they don’t season the chicken before frying so where the sauce didn’t touch was incredibly dry and bland. Our side order of okra? Soggy. My wife did say the burger was decent. Pro
